why did a movie this bad get made? i mean oh my gosh there's about nothing good about it

it's the worst. i mean it's so cheap and bad that it feels like a homemade camcorder movie made by a 10 year old. it has the worst effects ever, i mean it's just people with masks pulling plastic guts and organs out of people.

the worst acting ever, i mean it's so bad it's not even acting, just cue card memorizing, the dumbest and most simple and the most pointless plot and goes nowhere plot, the most insipid and childish dialogue, the most simple and easy for anyone to think of story.

pretty much no likable characters(just the main hot blonde and the other hot blonde who plays her sister are likable), the rest are annoying or obnoxious or unlikable because they are boring, and unrealistic acting, so porn character acting, and annoying voiced and redundant dialogue by the main bad "toons" characters.

Some bad movies are fun to revisit because they have an intrinsic charm that makes them endearing and amusing. "Terror Toons" is not among them but is rather the worst type of bad movie: unfunny and depressing and inept. I have never forgotten my unpleasant experience of watching it for the first and only time around 2005. Truly abysmal.

there's just nothing good about it except good acting by the main girl and the girl who plays her sister. it's just sad that a movie this bad and worthless gets mass distribution or distribution at all when there are good movies being made that never get distribution. and there are good as low budget as this movie movies but this movie has nothing good or enjoyable about it really.
