Where can I watch this film?

I agree. It's so hard to find short films, especially "old" ones. They aren't given respect, in my opinion. I learned of this after seeing the rock musical Bare (on stage... there really SHOULD be a film of this but there isn't) and learning that the creator of the score was in Black's 2001 documentary On The Bus, so I read more about Black, and this short film keeps coming up.
