reality might be harsher: Troy just loved trans

I mean, in here they are representing Tray as the one who fell in love with the woman in Calpernia, and so they try to represent just a romantic story where may be there wasn't all that romance.

there are people who are into trans. that's a fact.

I think tray was sexually moved by the trans. may be he even fell in love with Calpernia, but just the trans Calpernia, she wouldn't like (or wouldn't like that much) a Calpernia girl.

don't wanna be mean or attack transgender in any way, that's just my thought and i don't like romanticed stuff just to snatch icky feelings from the audience.

I had a hard time trying to decipher what the OP said as well. I think what they may have meant is a lot - maybe most - of men who are attracted to transsexuals it's a sexual fetish for them and not someone they would want to spend the rest of their life with, especially if the transsexual loses her penis. I actually thought the same thing, mostly because there is the part where Barry goes down on Calpernia's penis (a typical chaser). Calpernia has said in interviews before that this happened in real life, so it wasn't made up for the movie to shock people.

Also, even Barry's mother said she didn't know anything about his relationship with Calpernia until after his death. This was obviously something that Barry was not openly telling people (again, a typical chaser).
