National Assembly of Hackers???

Okay that's where somebody should've read that and said "this guy is full of shit." Hacking is ILLEGAL, why would they all congregate at a conference? Might as well have a convention for drug dealers! Makes about as much sense. Maybe hacking was this mystical idea back in the late 90's when people weren't as privy to the internet. But cmon That phrase alone should've made everyone burst out into laugher.
