All The President's Men is another movie about journalism. It's about Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward's journalistic investigation about the Watergate affair. There was a lot lying, but not on the part of the journalists'

I mean you should watch the whole series because it's so great but Season 5 of The Wire is focused on a newspaper on Baltimore and I'm really surprised this movies message board doesn't talk about it much.

The movie version of "State of Play" (2009) starring Russell Crowe is, as mentioned above, pretty good.

I thought that was a low point for an otherwise good show, as that storyline seemed overly one-dimensional and narrow-minded compared to the other plots, with no point other to say then "Journalists are evil!"

Continental Divide. For real life stories there is Veronica Guerin. I believe that was a TV movie.
