it said that they were at the houston speedway
about 15 or 20 min. into the movie and while
she is racing u can see mountains in the back
now please correct me but i live in texas and
my couins live in houston and im 99% sure that
there are no mountains there

There aren't. The only region where you can see mountains is in the far west. El Paso for example.

no haha i kno that but thats what i was trying
to say there were mountains in the backround in
the movie when they said they were in houston

It was filmed in Utah...

Man Disney always be loving to film in either Utah, New Zealand, or Canada.
