Looking for some of the music from Right on Track

Ok. The easy part was, That's what girls do and "I can't wait" I have both of them.

I am looking for the name of the music/song from the following scenes.

1. The name of the music from the scene were Erica and Courtney race

2. The name of the song that plays in Erica's last race (the one where she wins the nationals), and I think it is the same song they play for most of her race WINS. I also believe this is the last song they play (when she holds up the trophy).

any help in locating these would be appreciated. I am even willing to buy these but I can't find out any of this info.

I'm not sure about what songs are from what scenes, but if you go to the main page for this movie, then go to Soundtrack Listings, you'll find some of the songs from the movie.
