An update on 'The Wrath of the Gods'

Robin Hardy has spoken to several media sites about the upcoming 'Final Cut' of 'The Wicker Man' - He has also spoken about the trilogy's finale, 'The Wrath of the Gods'...However, and this pisses me off, whilst Robin, for the past two summers, has been telling people that he's going to film it 'this Summer', he has since announced that he's only beginning to get the finances in order, and hopes to make it next year. Given Robin's track record with finances, I'd say we're in for a lengthy wait...

Welp, now that can't happen
RIP Robin Hardy

I'm actually working to get the script published now. I know someone who was very close friends with Robin and was helping him plan the film. Early days yet, but who knows?!

That shouldn't come as a surprise. I think everyone in the film industry tries to hype their project as on track and in current production. Think of it as a combination of positive thinking and keeping your professional 'street credibility' up.

The question is, after Hardy's passing, is there anyone whose affiliated with Hardy willing and able to take over the helm and make it happen?
