Alternate DVD Versions?

I rented the import disc of this film a few years ago - only the film was subtitled, not the bonus features.

Recently, I bought the Tartar DVD release in America, so I could get both the film and the bonsu features subtitled in English.

Probably my memory is playing tricks, but I thought there was more of the ghost girl with the long hair at the very end. Or is the print on the American DVD truncated?
