Check the label, you likely have a promotional or test copy.

Whatever the cause, it is not a regular release. Also, check the cover, does it say something to the effect that the item is Property of Tartan? It should if the disk has it in the movie... Should also say something like "Demonstration Copy only. Not for release. Not for Sale. Unauthorized use prohibited" Or something along those lines...

Maybe it is a reviewers copy? A copy of the film given out to a reviewer so they could watch the movie, with little risk to Tartan that the film will become a bootleg...
