Does anyone know???

I caught only part of this this oustanding footage on PBS about a year and a half ago and I've been searching up & down for it on video/DVD. I flipped on the channel just before Tom Jones began performing "You Can Leave Your Hat On", and I must say, a rather stand up performance. As well as the rest of the "Garden Party".
If you, your family, partner, work associate or even that nimrod at the end of the bar at your local tavern happens to know if this film is available for rent or sale, please post where.

Thanks

It's on DVD. I checked it out and watched it from my public library.

I think you joined the video in about the middle, so it's worth digging up and watching the rest.

Lenny Henry was a great host. Keeping it funny and keeping it moving.

A lot of top level entertainers. Unfortunately, quite a few duds too. Some singers really embarrassed themselves with their underpowered, weak singing among stellar entertainers. Reading other sites, I guess they were flash in the pan pop stars who have sunk back to obscurity by now.

The worst part of the show in my opinion was that they didn't flash the names of entertainers on screen. Many people came, did their thing on stage and left. I have no clue who those people are.

No two persons ever watch the same movie.

Sounds like the DVD is a straight release of the safety masters...

Listening now to someone being kind enough to put it up on 'Tube, all the mistakes are there...
