i didn´t get the 2 last riddles... maybe this mess of a movie makes some more sense after solving them :p
"find romeo´s girl and the word of fear will then be here" (word of fear = boo)
and
"who´s the boy at romeo´s girl, sara novoak?" (sara novoak = main character´s name, romeo´s girl is written on that plate)
any ideas?

This isn't a riddle, it's a clue. It lets Vern know who's leaving the riddles (for him at least). "Boo" is also the answer to the "ghost's favorite color" riddle...
"who´s the boy at romeo´s girl, sara novoak?"
again, it's a message, so that she goes there to meet Vern.
When she sees the riddle on the wall, with the solution, she knows that Vern has seen the pattern, and I think she also knows she's about to die.
well, when vern found romeo´s girl sign, he also found Sara, who was in a world of fear" When Sara recieve the same message, the world fear was vern about to kill her.
shareIt's WORD of fear, not WORLD of fear, and is meant to tell Vern that he went to the right place (Romeo's Girl) and more importantly, was seen there by his mysterious riddler.
sharei actually think the word of fear for vern was fire.we find out that he watched his friends die in a fire hence fire for him was the word of fear. as for sarah dennis mentioned that she had a part to play in the design..i don't believe she was ever meant to solve the riddle i just think she was the answer.
