I have been searching for a specific song in nemesis games for about a month now but i cannot seem to get any details. Can you please help????????

You know when that dude with long hair is in verns shop, talking about this new riddle that he has invented (the silly "blue" riddle). During this time in the movie, here is this song playing at the background...when vern is recording that guy on his camcorder while he reveals his silly "blue" riddle...does anyone know the name + artist of that song..if so, could you please let me know.
