Funniest Film Ever!!
Just watch the film as a comedy instead of a horror and it's the funniest film ever! Like when the ice cream man tries to stand up in the truck but he's too tall so he has to crouch hahaha
shareI love the part when the fat kid runs away from him and drops his cookies. That had me laughing. The way he ran was just hilarious. Ice Cream Man with Clint Howard was a better movie though, but this movie was still funny.

I like when ROland, Joey, and Emma are walking to school, and the ice cream truck comes, and ROland gets this hilarious surprised look on his face. Then, he starts pointing and dancing around and swaying as if he's retarded, then just screams out 'ICE CREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAMM!!!!!!!' LOL! Yeah, it's a crappy movie, but it is hilarious!

Like the scene in the supermarket where the cop pretends he has a dog! - so lame but intensely funny!
I wish the kid that played Roland was in more films! personally he's as iconic as Arnie or Stallone!
however the ultimate thing that makes this movie the gem that it is - is the blurb on the dvd case tells you that Mr Ice-Cream Man is the kids Dad! haha!
I thought that for a very low budget horror movie it was pretty good. Roland was funny and I wished that he would have been in more of the movie. He was supposed to be portrayed as clumsy and dorky. I was afraid that his dad was going to hit him or something when Roland announced that he was going to Joey's party. That scene was so creepy for its realism with the beer drinkin', cigar smokin' emotionally abusive father.
Roland stole msot of the scenes he was in! Joey was much more low key along with the other kids. Mack hail as Mr. Ice Cream Man did a pretty good job and was certainly creepy. I'll have to pick this DVD up some time!!!
