I know on this site it says 2002, but I don't think that this movie was filmed at that time. I noticed the sodas in this movie and they looked like they were from the early 90's. Or it could just be they used old sodas for this movie. To me though, this looks like it was filmed in the early 90's or mid 90's.

Of course, I've also heard it was filmed in 92 or 93, so I don't really know. It was definitely the early 90's, cause that's a really old Mountain Dew and the kid is playing a Super Nintendo.
