I really like lesbian movies a lot too and I'm not sure if it's cause I'm a lesbian or not. I mean I find them really romantic but in certain ones that I have watched I practically have to turn away if there's a really explicit sex scene (think Better Than Chocolate). It could just be since you're female you can identify with the characters; I wouldn't rule myself a lesbian just because I like lesbian movies. I think that many people would enjoy some of these movies though because the storylines are so cute. I guess I'll agree with the other poster, that you may just enjoy great love stories. I know I am a huge romantic so that could be another reason why I enjoy these movies and the same could apply to you.

Yea I was wondering the same thing. I tend to be drawn to watch lesbian movies. Most of them I've had to to watch online since i can't find them anywhere, i.e. Loving Annabelle!
But I do love these movies. I think in a good love story involving two women, the connection is just amazing.
As for the idea of this meaning I could be lesbian, - I wouldn't have a damn clue!
I watch a lot of straight movies and that doens't make me straight...

shareo thank god! im so happy theres other ppl who watch lesiban movies 2, i felt like the only straight grl watching them. i have the same prob wondering if i was gay cause i think there cute and romantic etc. but i still cant actually admit i watch em to my friends or anything
shareLOL im a straight guy that enjoyed this movie imagine how I feel...My buddies would never let me hear the end of it...Of course I can just act like I watched it just for the girl on girl scenes but that'd be lying.

I guess what could be attracting straight people to watch lesbian movies is the fact that it's unconventional..
I watch lesbian movies because I'm able to relate to them just a bit more than straight movies.. Which isn't to say I don't watch straight movies lol I have plenty of favourites in that catergory.. Plus there isn't actually that many lesbian movies. :)

I'm a "gay man" and I LOOOOOOOOVE lesbian movies. They are my favorite. Also, I am an L word addict. I just generally cannot relate at all to films about gay men. There are exceptions, but generally, lesbian productions just much of the time are undeniably artistically beautiful.

I'm pretty sure this does not apply to me couse i am a man. So why do i reply to this post?. Well for some odd reason i can't really explain i love lesbian drama/love stories. I actually feel more connected to them then i do in regular love stories. Maby im to heterosexual for my own good.. soon as i see a man sticking his tounge out i revert my eyes. I have no problem with men beeing gay from a moral stand point but i can't bring myself to watsh. I almost feel physically ill when 2 guys make out.. (errrr) ..
So 2 woman just makes for more of what i want in a love story.
If this sounds wierd i wont disagree. I havent yet figured out why i feel this way. Last really good lesbian movie i saw btw is a swedish movie called "Kyss Mig". I recommend it. Way better ending then Loving Anabelle. share
