Guess thats what i get for doing the levels out of Order ....

So I bought PS2 three years ago, and Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, and when i first started the first one I did traverse town and roamed around the colliseum and then ii a crashed in Deep Jungle,, on a REALLY LOW LEVEL. So because of that,, and i got frustrated with the vines, i never played the game again because i figured id never get out of there,, (not catching onto the fact the idea of the game is for the character to experience the troubles of each world)

So my nephew visited for Thanksgiving and we were going through the book and finally last week i started playing again ,, new Game,, but I just for the fun of it,, went back to my old game, and FINALLy finished Deep Jungle,, took no time except i kept dying,, butonce i figured it out i got it working. and So that wont happen again i went back and made sure i caught everything in the other worlds before i went on,, ven the infernal Wonderland so I hope im on the road to defeating this game once and for all.

Sad thing is I beat KH2 3 years ago..

You know you could have left the deep jungle any time you wanted (once you found donald and goofy). Props though for getting through that without even going to wonderland, wonderland must had been way to easy after that.

It does seem like the game wants you to go to Deep Jungle before Wonderland. If you finish Wonderland and then Deep Jungle, in the cutscene Jafar says "he found one of the Keyholes", even though you've already found two. This suggests you're supposed to go to Deep Jungle first. However, this is contradicted by the lower battle level in Wonderland and the fact that when you close the Keyhole in Wonderland, Sora acts like it's the first time this has ever happened.

I guess this was a mistake. Most other discrepancies by traveling to worlds "out of order" are fixed though - if you finish Deep Jungle before ever going to Wonderland the cutscene at Hollow Bastion will feature Snow White instead of Alice, and if you beat Cerberus the first time after defeating Maleficent in Hollow Bastion (this is possible!) Maleficent will not appear in the scene with Hades (the scene will end with Hades sayng "In the next games I'll take care of them both").

I was just about to ask the same thing here! I had watched my older sister play this game a long time ago, and in her cutscene in was Snow White. Then I tried the game a few months later, and it was Alice in the scene, and it's been driving me crazy ever since!!! That's why, it all depends on which level you play first. I thought it was Wonderland you had to play first because it had an easier difficulty than Tarzan's world.

I finish wonderland first so snow white is in the game dang it
