The music is sets the mood, there are twists and harsh battles. The last scene is beautiful.

For a SAINT SEIYA special, this deserves more than just 6.3.

You're right. Even if the story doesn't get enough time to develop into something grand, the combinations of music and images in many scenes are really powerful. The whole 2-minutes scene of Saori and the Bronze Knights getting out of the palace and passing all the God Warriors is beautiful.
