I found the pilot ep on an old video tape. I don't remember this series at all. But Wow, what an Completely unfunny show. The only scene I even smirked at was Wendy Mallik's 30 seconds. The show only lasted one and a half seasons 6 years ago and there's a whole bunch of fresh posts. I don't understand, did I miss something?
shareI loved it because it was essentially a new concept (not including Wonder Years) and becuase it was nearly an all star cast.
Father: Played Miles Silverburg in Murphy Brown. (and is as funny here as he was there)
Mother: Sister Mary Robert in the Sister Act movies. (uses her diaphragm(bodily organ) in both the show and the movies.)
Older Brother: The youngest Lawrence Brother -- has been in some movies with his older brothers amd there was a show Brotherly Love I think it was called.
Oliver was in a myriad of other things but as a one-time guest star.
It's okay you don't find it funny -- there are many shows I don't find funny/entertaining and they keep going and going.
To tell you the truth, take a look at the message board: there are only like 4-5 threads that have 2009 in their written/updated date. All the rest is 2008 or older.
You're laborers, you're supposed to be laboring! That's what you get for not having an education!!
This show was hilarious, very underrated.
Just my opinion.
