My letter to the producers

Dear "Velocity Entertainment" of Canada,
While it goes without saying that no one who rents a movie with a cover like this--

--expects it to be good, they do expect a few things.

1) A tough-looking futurey knight guy
2) A broken statue of liberty (optional)
3) A basteball bat with spikes on it.

If you were able to have that guy and that bat to take the picture, you should have been able to put them in the movie.
Your awesome cover bait-and-switch is truly appalling.
