Appropriate for children?

Just curious as my niece likes the TV show and wants this film for Christmas.

I think it's appropriate, along with a little parental guidance maybe. Nothing really bad in it. My niece (4) has seen it, and likes it. She gets a little scared of the demons (or monsters, as she calls them) and she gets sad when "Yasha" or "Gome" (lol, that's what she calls them) is hurt.

It also depends on how you feel about Miroku groping Sango's bottom.

Well, how old is the child? but then I wouldn't recommend showing Inuyasha to anyone under 13 unless they're pretty mature about it.

An arguement between a 17 year old fisherman and idiots of PETA is a sight to see

Well, I'm not sure as if it's for little children. It depends on the age of your niece. But, if she watches the show and it's okay with everyone else, it should be a good buy.

"That's the magic of theatre!"
