(The character that Maestro was playing): Well if it isn't Floyd the Barber?

Why was this line there? Why allude to Mekhi Something's character as a child rapist who rapes Kurt Cobain? Why does Maestro's five or so lines compensate for the badly acted lines by Jessica Alba? It doesn't make sense and it doesn't fit the "movie." Hopefully, I was too tired and too stupid to pick
up the symbolism.

Floyd the Barber was a character from the Andy Griffith Show. I think that was the reference that was intended.

I think the exchange between Maestro and Mekhi was the best part of the film. Jessica Alba looked so weak as an actress beside those two.
