Clothing worn by Alba

I loved the one shoulder blue top she was wearing when she went to inquire about renting/buying the building where the dance benfit was held. Anyone know how to find out what was worn/the stylist for this movie?

I like the black off the shoulder number she was wearing at the actual benfit too.
