Tell me about Chaz

Chaz is crazy. The movie implies he is on some kind of drug, particularly the scene when he retells a story of when he was ten living in Oklahoma with five dogs, a bird called 'Harold', and his grandmother. He appears to be an honest man, however, and is fairly sympathetic to Honey's aspirations. All the audience really knows about him is that he is laid back, is a barber, and runs a day care centre.
