I don't know if Brad won any awards for this, but he should have. I thought he was amazing. The script was not great, but his and the actress who played Audrey Meadows performance was all that.
shareThe Art Carney sounded right on too....Even though both Art and Audry were barely shown. I've been watching the reruns for a couple months now and without both of them there's no Honeymooners. In my opinion Art Carney was one of the all time best comic side kicks. He really sold the part of Norton completely. They played off each other so great that it's really tough to believe that Jackie didn't rehearse. Maybe he was right about thinking rehearsal would water down the character
