I think that one is made up for the film.
It's made in a typical manner of Serbian turbo-folk (trash music, based on Serbian folk music, with lyrics that are sometimes shocking, sometimes corny, but always pointless, banal and tacky).
I'm from Serbia, and I never heard it, but due to it's shocking lyrics, it may have been "pushed" underground.
