This has a lower rating than...

This has a lower rating than Tokyo Drift? I can't believe it. This was such a fun movie. And it at least felt like a Fast and the Furious movie and had Paul Walker. Tokyo Drift didn't feel like a Fast and the Furious movie. It didn't even have Paul Walker and Vin Diesel showed up at the last second for a small cameo.

I really dig this one. Better than the two that came after it.

I agree.

It's ridiculous. Tokyo Drift is awful. Everytime I try watching it, I can never finish it due it being a terrible movie. At least this movie is a guilty pleasure and fun to watch. Tokyo Drift was just plain boring.

This one feels like a B movie at times. Enjoyed tokyo drift better. So yeah, I guess I disagree with you guys.

reply

And Tokyo Drift doesn't? Tokyo Drift feels the most B movie-esque in the entire franchise.

Yep

I like this movie too but I wouldn't say that about Tokyo Drift. What made TD feel like a Fast and Furious movie, granted later, was the addition of Han. In the movie when Sean asks Han how he ended up here, Han says that it was like one of the old westerns, Toyko is he Mexico, and by that we understand it's to do with the death of Gisele and he wanting to live our their dream destination in her death.

The first three F&F are all great regardless of the scores.

reply

The first three are the best. I don't understand how the newer ones can be rated higher.

reply

I rated Tokyo Drift higher than this one, but I'm still surprised this has a lower rating. Because it's a sequel to the first film with new theme and same lead actor while Tokyo Drift is almost different movie with absolutely terrible lead actor. The 2nd is kind of boring, but Tokyo Drift is a fun one.
