Dvoynikat - a ripoff of the Hungarian 'A Vereb is madar'', 1968

Last month I watched a Hungarian movie called 'A vereb is madar'/Sparrows are birds,too. I was unpleasantly surprised to discover that the makers of the Bulgarian 1980 film 'Dvoynikat' had got the idea and also copied quite literally some situations from the Hungarian original. What a pity - Bulgarian cinema has always been derivative; during communist times imitating mostly Soviet cinema and now the Hollywood crap.
