Were they serious with this movie?

I missed the first few minutes and then gave it a try as awful as it was.
Didn't really go anywhere so I gave up.
First of all, I don't get it why the bad guys take over a school just so they can get a bunch of heroin?
And they each have a billion bullets in their guns and can't hit the broadside of a barn 3 inches away from it.
So why the F does it take so long to kill anyone in this?
You don't run back and waste time getting a motorcycle to chase a kid in a wheelchair. You just run up to him and shoot him.
Stupid movie. Don't waste your time unless you want a few laughs at this camp fest.
