It was really low budget cause it was the 1st one made but it's insane.There isn't any music in the whole film except for the very beginning and end, and the first 10 minutes are slightly boring when the goat man is tap-dancing, but i really liked the rest of the footage, especially all the claustrophobic parts and underground tunnels and stuff. The stop motion footage made it really cool too. It was definately the most bizarre film out of the 5 and it did lack music but aside from that it was extremely interesting to watch.

Cremaster 4 was the first cycle I saw, and I really, really dugg it.
I was very fascinated with this Matthew Barney character, so when I heard Cremaster 3 was playing I ran out and got tickets.
Well, overall I was dissapointed. I admired it, for it was beautiful and complex, but as you said I just didn't have as much fun as I did watching Cremaster 4. I think a main reason was because it was three hours, against 42 minutes.
Overall he's a very interesting filmmaker, and I am curious as to what he would be like working with a, lets say, fictional narrative?
