Is this film like a school project or something?

I always wonder how they manage to film these "C" movies. I mean, where do they get their budget? What were their intentions and expectations for this film? This film is was just a bad idea to me. Bad acting, bad dialog, bad CGI (though I can't really hold that against them), bad storytelling, and most of all a bad idea. Giant centipedes? It's either giant bugs or many bugs now isn't it...

Oh well. I guess trying to tell the story is most important.
I have to be honest when I say that this film has a lot of potential.

I just couldn't relate to the characters (hated some of them even, from the moment they spoke and acted their first line) and the idea of making something extremely huge just to make it more scary was too much, and raises too many questions. It takes a lot off of the CGI budget, too. Not even necesary... They should have depicted the story as if they were really in the environments the film took place, also. Too much light in a cave 3 miles beneath the surface don't you think? They could have worked on the story and just told it better.
