The film starts out in bars, I remember he killed seven of the nurses, I think it showed them, can't remember. And it didn't show any trial, but he did attempt suicide and ends in the hospital where he is then arrested.

And of course, like more other True Crime adaptions, it does not show him die, it just shows an ending caption of what happened.

PS: This was interesting, but the worst of True Crime adaptions. I recommend ED GEIN, TED BUNDY, DAHMER is okay, and THE TOWN THAT DREADED SUNDOWN.
