Anybody know who the actress with the knife that went after Ward was supposed to be in real life?

In real life someone said here that she was Adam West' daughter, Nina.

Nina west PLAYED the actress with the knife. I am pretty sure the original poster was acting who it was in real life who pulled a knife on the real Burt Ward, not who played the scene with Jason Marsden.

This particularly rapid unintelligible patter isn't generally heard and if it is it doesn't matter.
Burt talks about this in his book, but does not tell who it was. He only states it that it was a guest on the show.
It's not likely he would mention the person by name, to avoid lawsuits. If charges were never filed, then it would be a case of "he said, she said."

In his book, he mentioned that, years later, they appeared on a TV game show together. If you look at his IMDb credits, it's pretty easy to figure out who she "allegedly" was.
