WHY isn't this documentary available (2012) for sale or rental?

Does anyone know WHY this documentary is not available for sale or rental (2012)? It obviously has great commercial potential. Did Woody himself stop it being available for sale or rental? Did the Turner documentary office stop it? What happened?

I got a used copy of the book by Richard Shickel who states the book is more a less a complete transcript of the documentary. Not a single photo of Woody or anyone connected with Woody, or from his movies, is part of the book. It's a "no-photo" book, which is very, very unusual...and strange.

If anyone knows what happened here, let me know. Thanks.
