Help with song that is not on soundtrack.

Does anyone know what song is briefly playing when Micheal starts talking about moving to New York City and it cuts to a picture of him with a "I Love New York" shirt and then cuts to him in Grand Central station?

I have been searching for this song for some time. I have listened to all the songs on the soundtrack it is not any of them. I cannot find a tracklist timeline for the film. Probably because it wasn't that popular or good. However, if anyone knows the name/artist of this song I would really appreciate it!
