I saw the DVD yesterday and enjoyed it. The drama is sketchy but interesting and Jennifer Elster is appealing. I like that high-strung, scrawny flowerchild look.

There is a powerful performance by the actor Richard Thorne (who appears in this movie as Richard Wilkinson) a hunk whom Gale Harold, in the appended commentary, calls "unbelievable".

Gale fans will need to get the DVD, of course, because His Deliciousness has seldom been better photographed. Those eyes, Madre di Dio!

Gale's performance as a dysfunctional lovely is touching. I particularly enjoyed the scene in which he and Elster first meet. Charming.

There is one particular moment (when he offers her a bottle of water, ) which is emblematic of the mix of mysterious innocence and physical strength that makes him so hypnotic.

If the Kingdom of Heaven is like a grain of mustard, It can also be like a chicken-pox mark.

Yes I agree. I watched this movie because of Gale Harold but I have to stay I absolutely loved it. Jennifer Elster was wonderful and both she and Gale Harold interacted beautifully.

It was an interesting story line film in an interesting way. It's one of those films that was quite beautiful and you know that the second time you watch it you will lovw it even more. I would recommend this film to anyone!
