YIPPEE! Santa got me the DVD!

I had somewhat forgotten about the show. (I know, shame! shame!) But with THE MAGIC OF ORDINARY DAYS and INTO THE WEST recently on tv and out on DVD, I re-iterated to my husband my disappointment in MIRACLES being cancelled and my not even being able to see episode #6 (Hand of God) because the ABC affiliate out here in CA bounced it all over the 2:00 and 3:00 am time slots.

Santa was listening and found it on Amazon! (He also got a very BIG smooch!)

All I have to say is OMIGAW!

What a treasure! I'm awestruck at the final 7 episodes. "Paul Is Dead" totally blew me away. I've been glued to the commentaries and special features for 10 days now. Geez, Evelyn was just starting to reveal her own past (her injury and ex- husband being a cop and in jail), Alva peeling back a layer or two, and Paul trying to keep things private and secret but realizes that Alva really can help him. It's so bitterly disappointing that we'll never know.

I'm now ready to beg, cheat and steal to see more! (I won't offer up my first born, but I'd clean an exec's toilet and bake them warm cookies for a year!)

It is three years later, the war in Iraq is still going on, and I STILL think MIRACLES is the single biggest casualty of the war. (See my user comment!)

MUST GET MIRACLES DVD.

I still cry when I think that this show was canceled after 5 episodes... What a tragedy.

Yep, we got it in New Zealand and the last episode finished tonight. It kinda sucks there is not going to be anymore seasons made.

it sucks so much that its cancelled. 2nites episode didnt explain anything or give any answers. i wonder what the final episode would of been like if it didnt get cancelled. any ideas? im from nz aswell.
