Episode with a character named Pauline?

One of my childhood memories of this series (really, the only clear memory) is seeing a girl or woman named Pauline in one of the episodes. I think a scene over a waterfall was involved. I was so taken with the character that I named my first teddy bear after her. I would love to see this episode again. Can anyone name it?
