Really desperate for an answer here- PLEASE HELP!

So I know the chances of someone answering my question on the board of this long-cancelled show are slim, but I'm a little desperate. I remember there was an episode of this show Sherri Shepherd used a 'look' that made people do what she wanted them to- It started when she said she told her boss she had to do something, her friend said, 'That worked?' and she said, 'You tell me: I gotta do something.' Then made the look. Then it came back up again later in the same episode. Can anyone tell me which episode this was or where to see a clip. It has cracked me up for years and I'd really like to see it again. I know this is ridiculous. But please.
