Bill Bellamy is terrible.

I'm watching this series again for the third or fourth time, and I realized a few things. Tiffani Amber Thiessen and Peter Facinelli are decent, but Bill Bellamy is terrible. The guy can't act. On top of it, a lot of his lines are just him rambling like an idiot. It seemed like the writers didn't know how to write for his character. I also thought he overemphasized many of his lines, instead of smoothly delivering them.
