Online? DVD?

Hi there,
I am desperate to watch this movie, does anybody know if there's anywhere I can watch it online? I've googled but I can't seem to find a reliable site on which I can view it. I'd be happy to purchase the dvd at a reasonable price (with the english subtitles... I am in the UK and the only ones I can find online are for North American DVD players), but as other users have commented, it is generally sold at a high cost (no doubt due to its rarity).
