I know it's already a 2 hour movie, but did anyone else feel like Edward's death came too soon? I would have liked for the movie to explore Will's acceptance of his father more.
I've never fooled anyone. I've let people fool themselves.
Too soon? it's a 2 hour movie.. you know his dying within the first 10 minuets.
And when people are dying they eventually just die.. they don't give you a 10 minute warning.
I disagree (with all due respect).
I felt like the timing was perfect. I know you wanted Will to be more accepting of Edward, but you sort of felt his acceptance after you hear his story that he tells him.
"You've become what you always were, a big fish."
Then he told the stories to his own son. Such a beautiful movie
