Age of Shu/Sara?

I recently finished watching Now and then I and I found myself not knowing how old Shu or Sara is. I don't really remember if they ever said anything about it in the show but if they did would someone be so kind as to refresh my memory ;) Or mabye you can find that information somewhere else, I dunno ;P
