More than likely the greatest anime series ever made

I've never even seen a live action show on any network as good as this. I mean who dosent have this in at least their top 3?

My favorites. Nothing can top Bebop and Berserk though.

Berserk takes the top spot. I also like Ghost in the Shell, Monster, Shigurui and Elfen Lied but they don't come even close. Hated Neon Genesis Evangelion.

how can you watch the ending of this series and not think that that ending is utterly insane, pointless and stupid? I am told that in the manga a lot more is put in that makes it make sense, well this isn't the manga and it doesn't stand on it's own feet as a cohesive story. It's a completely different show from episode 20 or so on.

Bottom of the pile anime for sure.

So you are telling me the opening episode with the guy who turned into a snake and Zodd the giant red demon from episode 6 did not prepare you for what was going to happen after episode 20?

i was prepared for it. I just wished we would have seen how he survived

On a side note: Is it just me who thinks the anime is better than the manga?

Watch the new series of movies. It answers that question perfectly.

The anime was cancelled. That's not the ending of the manga, more like the beginning of the real story.

Honestly I wouldnt put berserk in my top ten it was good but not that good.not as bad as berserk 2016 though. As far as berserk goes the manga is the only good option
