Jason Scott Lee is finally back!!

Is it just me or is anybody else excited to see Jason Scott Lee in an action movie again. He was incredible in Dragon despite the fact that he had no previous martial arts training (from what I hear, although he sure fooled me). I saw tons of potential for that guy to become a big action star but it didn't seem to go that way, he kinda disappeared (oh wait, there was "The Jungle Book"...) He could have even gone the way of Bruce Lee and been one of the next big asian action superstars but Jackie & Jet stole his flame, I guess.
Anyways, despite the fact that this is a sequel to a Van Damme movie, without even Van Damme, it most likely won't be that great. But I can never badmouth a movie that has great action and I'm sure that Lee will deliver once again.
If anyone else had the lead role I would just think it would be a groaner, but I'm actually looking forward to this one cause'a J.S.L.

No.

He has trained as part of his hobby in martial arts.

And, for the record, he's gorgeous.

I watched Lilo and Stitch just for him...
(OK, so I made that up - but I was glad to hear his voice.)

A trio of straight to video sequels (Dracula II and III, Timecop 2) is not a comeback. :(

I wasn't counting Dracula II (they made a Dracula III too?? jeez...) And I'm not saying the guy's gonna blow up because of crappy little Timecop 2, I just said I'm glad to see him in another action role.

Looks like Lee's going to be in Prophecy 4 now... talk about straight-to-video hell. What's next -- a Wishmaster sequel?

Never noticed Jason Scott Lee before, so I must not have seen anytyhing else he was in. Hot. His nemesis, "Brandon Miller" (Thomas Ian Griffith) is also magnetic.

Great soundtrack and killer fight scenes.

Arkitekt (if i spelt that right) is right, in the triva section for jason scott lee.. it says: Trained in Jeet Kune Do with former Bruce Lee student, Jerry Poteet, for the role of "Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story" (1993).

Must say i just saw timecop 2, I quite liked this movie, it kind of gave the feel for a tv series spinoff with jsl (doubt it will happen though)

Also ive seen all the prophecy movies with Chris walken (bit of a shame he isnt in the 4th) but im looking forward to this new one.

Oh, that would be the absoulte FIRST time something on this site is inaccurate. Not.

If you listen to the audio commentary of DRAGON: THE BRUCE LEE STORY, the director himself, Cohen, says that Lee never had previous martial arts training. The first time he ever did was in preparation for the role as Bruce Lee.

Words like violence. Break the silence.
Come crashing in. Into my little world.

Exactly, his first training in martial arts was for Dragon, but he kept up with it after. He even had the cover of a few martial arts magazines a few years later as he developed his skills.
