Van Damme should have done this film

As above

Would have been cool, but maybe they considered it unsuitable, I mean there were some stunts there (such as falling backward over the railing in the club, falling probably six feet through a table) that I doubt Van Damme would have done, and stunt doubles are pretty noticeable, so I wouldn't blame him if he was asked and turned it down, really.

I think Jason Scott Lee did a good enough job on it, though, to give the film credit. It wasn't just another money grabbing sequal to me, yknow those ones that have nothing to do with the first, and feel like it? This one has nothing to do with the first, granted, but it didn't feel like a purely shallow sequal for purposes of leeching the franchise.

Doubt it would have been any better if Van Damme had done it, and I appreciate the variety in leading actor :)

Kung fu movies are like porn. There's 1 on 1, then 2 on 1, then a group scene...

like the old chicken and egg debate, is this movie set 20+ years in the future before or after no VD?
