Looks like a sucky movie.

I've just been watching the first Timecop and i love it so far. The sequel looks so sucky. Proably not going to buy it.

It's actually very good. Hopefully you've changed our mind and gotten around to seeing it.

The first film is a whole lot better than this sequel. TC2 had some good and interesting ideas but isn't as fun or entertaining.

This movie actually wasn't that bad. As good as the first one? Of course not. I got it for around $5 at a hardware store (no idea why some have movies now), and only picked up up cause of the main star (loved him in Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story).

Production values are low, but like I said, it actually wasn't that bad.

Well, I've got news for you pal, you ain't leadin' but two things: Jack and sh*t and Jack left town

You chose to buy this film's DVD for Jason Scott Lee. I saw the first Timecop in a cinema.
Well, ok, I prefer the first Timecop movie because the overall experience feels alot more coherent.

There are also slight differences in how the two came out:

Timecop (1994) — A theatrical release; IMDb rating 5.6/10 from 20,237 users.
Timecop: The Berlin Decision — Straight to video; 4.8/10 pt. from 1,373 IMDb users.

I do admit also buying a B-(or whatever other letter)-movie DVD because a favourite actor played in it. Fans sometimes do that.

Yeah, I like Jason Scott Lee. I REALLY wish he was in more things. People seem to remember him for Jungle Book and Dragon:The Bruce Lee story and that was it. Shame because I think he is a pretty good actor.

I wouldn't have bought it if it was $20. But for $5, it was almost like a rental at Blockbuster.
