One of the most disappointing sequels (or even movies) of all time...

The trailer makes you think the plot of the movie is: Bad time cop jumps through time, kills Hitler, takes his place and tries to win WW2, since he knows the future. And only Lee's time cop, who jumped back after the bad guy, knows that the history has been changed and must stop his rogue colleague. Instead, it's an endless chase through time to get Lee's family... Oh my God, what a wasted f-ing potential... The movie is at best a pilot for a never made TV show.
