Sorry but it amazes me that this is rated higher than Simba's Pride.

It tends to be the case that people either love this film or hate it.

I found I enjoyed it a lot more when I didn't treat it as 100% steel clad in terms of what actually happened. I view it as more of a parody of the original than additional material.

Being a lion king fan and all...I didn't really like this movie, because it was all about Timon and Pumbaa and changed the original to me.

It doesn't surprises me at all. The second one has alot of biased hatred against it and not quite open about the creativity. They bitch and moan about the characters. It's at least 1,000 times better than the fox and hound 2 and atlantis 2. People rated this higher cuz they are still stuck on the hype from the.first one. I would probably get this instead of the first since I've seen too much of it and I can't stand.the death scene.
