The video and sound quality are perfect, otherwise, I wouldn't have bought it myself. They're region 1.

Hey the movie is from 2002 we are almost 2005 and no dvd yet.
I didn´t liked this movie that much.
The plot was very predictable and almost boring.
The classic poor guy in love of the rich girl.
Spend your money in
"Amores perros" or "la hija del cannibal" if you want to buy mexican movies.

There are some copies of Amarte Duele on DVD for sale on ebay right now if anyone's interested. They are coming from a seller in Mexico and it's the original copy. Just type in the name of the movie and they are all listed as Buy It Now items so you don't have to go through all the bidding process. Hopefully, I'll get mine in the mail soon!
